We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!
The Person
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- A customer-first attitude with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
The Role
- Assist in managing all F&B outlets to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Support inventory control, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Maximise sales and revenue opportunities across the Food and Beverage department
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain a positive team environment
- Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
