We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to excite the world of hospitality, this is the job for you!

The Person

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
  • A customer-first attitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

The Role

  • Assist in managing all F&B outlets to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Support inventory control, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Maximise sales and revenue opportunities across the Food and Beverage department
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain a positive team environment
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
