Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Within the limits of Millennium & Copthorne policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of the Food & Beverage (F&B) function and operations.
About the Hotel
The Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington is an impressive 4-star deluxe hotel in the heart of charming Kensington, just minutes' walk from Gloucester Road Underground station, offering convenient access around London.
The hotel boasts 610 spacious guest rooms and an exceptional dining experience, featuring:
- Humphrey’s Café & Bar (popular choice)
- Southwest7
- Bombay Brasserie
The Millennium Conference Centre provides flexible and versatile meeting spaces:
- 26 function rooms (total of 1,600m²)
- Capacity for 600 delegates
- An impressive conservatory seating up to 300 guests, complete with palm trees, a piano, exclusive bar area, and dance floor.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistently high standard of supervision across the F&B department.
- Ensure all customers receive professional service in every outlet.
- Develop and launch new F&B concepts and products, in collaboration with hotel management (e.g., Club Lounge developments).
- Consistently deliver exceptional guest service, focusing on courtesy and comfort.
- Enhance customer loyalty and elevate the overall guest experience across all outlets and banqueting events.
- Oversee F&B Profit & Loss (P&L) and track conversion rates.
- Monitor hospitality staffing levels, adjust hiring as needed, and align workforce with demand trends.
