Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Guest Experience
- Assist the Front Office Manager in supervising daily front desk operations
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving guest inquiries and requests promptly
- Maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction
Team Management
- Support the onboarding, training, and management of front office staff
- Liaise with leadership to ensure smooth guest service delivery
Operational Excellence
- Assist in staff scheduling, workflow management, and adherence to procedures
- Monitor daily revenue reports and operational performance
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and uphold Front Office best practices
