Responsibilities
- Processing and maintaining accurate accounting records for a diversified portfolio of fund structures
- Conducting bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Assisting with investor drawdown and distribution processes
- Preparing supporting information for tax-related submissions and compliance needs
- Contributing to management accounts and periodic financial reporting
- Managing workloads to maintain service standards and deadlines
About the Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has:
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive and results-driven approach
- Experience (or a keen interest) in fund administration or accounting
- Commitment to pursuing a professional qualification, such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Excellent communication skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage competing priorities
