About the Role
Our team members are the ambassadors of our business—the heart of what we do. We are searching for a passionate Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team!
Assistant General Managers focus on people and hold full accountability for leading and driving the success of a DL Club, ensuring members receive an outstanding experience every single day, 7 days a week.
You’ll collaborate closely with the General Manager to:
- Implement strategies to hit club targets and elevate member experience.
- Ensure seamless daily operations while maintaining rigorous health & safety and compliance standards for all club members.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimise club performance, aligning daily operations with business goals.
- Develop and enforce health & safety protocols and compliance measures.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budget management for the club.
- Train, mentor, and lead teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Drive customer service improvements and resolve member concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality.

About You
As Assistant General Manager, we’re looking for someone who can:
- Demonstrate proven experience in managing a large operational service facility (e.g., a restaurant, stadium, retail unit, or sports/leisure facility).
- Experience leading varied functions, departments, or teams with diverse challenges and goals.
- Strong background in financial planning and management.
- A true passion for relentless customer service.
