About the Role
At Wagamama, you’ll be part of a close-knit team running a vibrant, high-performing restaurant, where every discussion is built on a solidarity-first philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your General Manager to deliver exceptional standards of food and service
- Foster a supportive environment where team members feel valued and motivated
- Roll up your sleeves and actively participate in front-of-house operations to maintain momentum and solve problems swiftly
- Empower your team through coaching, encouraging them to grow both personally and professionally
- Apply a Kaizen mindset—continuously identifying small but meaningful improvements and driving them through
