Assistant General Manager | Full Time
OTE £39,300 pa (comprising £36,300 base salary + £3,000 bonus) + tips

As Assistant General Manager, you’ll bring strength, rhythm, and support—ultimately enabling your team to deliver outstanding service without burnout.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working shoulder-to-shoulder with the General Manager to drive high performance
- Fostering a culture where team members feel valued, supported, and proud of their work
- Rolling up your sleeves—jumping into service, solving problems fast, and keeping energy high
- Coaching your team to grow, not just hit targets
- Adopting a Kaizen mindset—continuously seeking improvement through incremental changes
