Assistant General Manager
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our vibrant team at ROKA Mayfair. As a key member of our front-of-house leadership, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable welcome from the moment they arrive.
Our Assistant General Managers are dedicated, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding ROKA’s renowned high standards. Full of personality and professionalism, you’ll inspire your team to deliver the outstanding service and seamless guest experience that define us.
Requirements
As an Assistant General Manager, you sit at the centre of the Roka experience. You lead from the floor, set the pace, and hold the standard, especially when the pressure is highest. Our ideal Assistant General Manager will have the following:
- Operational Excellence
- Lead seamless service.
- Partner with kitchen leadership to maintain pace, quality, and consistency.
- Hold the standard when pressure is highest.
- Commercial Performance
- Accountability for revenue optimization, labour cost control, and margin management.
- You'll analyse performance data daily; covers, spend per head, labour percentage, guest feedback and act with clarity and purpose.
- Team Leadership
- Build, develop, and retain a large team across management and front-of-house.
- Create a culture where accountability, pride, and hospitality standards are non-negotiable.
- Develop your leadership pipeline to support the future growth of the brand.
- Guest Experience
- Own every touchpoint of the guest journey.
- Manage demanding guests and high-profile clients with confidence.
- Ensure your team delivers exceptional service that matches Roka's renowned positioning.
- Presence
- You are visible, decisive, and calm during service.
- Your team looks to you to set the pace and lead by example.
