Assistant General Manager

About atis and the Role
We are looking for exceptional Assistant General Managers to join atis and help us create a food company that is different from any other healthy food concept in town.

Responsibilities
- Be a friendly, driven leader who consistently takes your responsibilities seriously.
- Manage 15+ team members in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a minimum 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience.
- Set the atmosphere of the team and store with a positive, energetic attitude; making the workplace feel electric while encouraging excellence.
- Lead by example—show up for your team, guests, and the business.
- Obsess over quality and standards, from guest experience to team performance and store operations.
- Never stop improving—identify gaps, solve challenges quickly, and constantly raise the bar for the team.
- Communicate with clarity, openness, honesty, and kindness. Avoid blame; embrace ownership and hold your team accountable respectfully.
- Nurture your team’s development as future leaders. Show patience, understanding, and genuine passion for growth.
- Embrace a passion for healthy food and the craft of making exceptional meals.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager managing teams of 15+ employees.
- A high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred and expected.
- Demonstrated leadership through positive energy that enhances the team culture.
- Commitment to setting high performance standards while prioritizing kindness and team support.
- Strong ability to continuously improve operations while maintaining a high level of engagement with team members.
- Excellent communication skills—holding others accountable while maintaining a blame-free work culture.
- Strong interest in health-focused dining, food quality, and the broader guest experience.
