Requirements
- We are looking for ambitious candidates hungry for growth, with aspirations to eventually step into the role of General Manager and lead our team to new heights of achievement.
- An understanding of financial management is required.

Responsibilities
- We're looking for a dynamic and customer-centric Assistant General Manager to join our Quaglino's in St James, London.
- This pivotal role calls for a passionate leader who prioritizes guest satisfaction and fosters a positive team environment, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
- While an understanding of financial management is required, your primary focus will be on nurturing our team members, optimizing service standards, and cultivating a culture of excellence.
- As a key support to the General Manager, you'll assist in implementing strategies for growth and success.
