About the Role
We’re looking for standout Assistant General Managers (AGMs) who thrive in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environments. As the right-hand to the General Manager, you’ll drive revenue, optimise operations, and create legendary guest experiences while developing both your own career and your team.
This role isn’t just a job—it’s your chance to take the reins when the GM is away, build a thriving team, and grow into future leadership with support every step of the way.

What You’ll Do Here
Restaurant Leadership
- Help run the fast-paced restaurant while leading teams to deliver:
- Outstanding food quality
- Blistering service speed
- Unforgettable guest experiences (that make Popeyes the favourite routine treat)
- Support the GM in strategic planning and smashing performance goals ( дивизи-нолаединя منفعت。( parfois production, sales and operations )

- Hit sales targets, manage financials (P&L), and increase operational efficiency.
- Act as stand-in GM when necessary—ownership mindset first.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
Proven Leadership in QSR/High-Volume Restaurants
- Experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded QSR or fast-casual setting
- Experience in leading results through your teams, including:
- Coaching and training to enhance performance
- Honest and constructive conversations (when necessary)
- Driving positivity & team unity
