Assistant General Manager – Fast-Paced QSR Brand
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to £36,000 + Bonus
Are you an ambitious hospitality leader looking for your next step with a fast-growing, high-performing food brand?
We are partnering with an exciting, premium QSR operator known for delivering exceptional food quality, outstanding customer experiences, and strong operational standards. We are looking for a commercially driven Assistant General Manager to join their Bristol team and play a key role in driving restaurant performance, developing people, and delivering profitable growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an AGM who is passionate about hospitality but equally understands the commercial side of running a successful restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager to maximise sales, improve profitability, and ensure strong control of all key financial and operational drivers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in leading a high-performing restaurant team.
- Drive sales growth, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
- Take ownership of key commercial metrics, including labour, food costs, waste, and overall P&L performance.
- Review financial performance, identify opportunities, and implement actions to improve profitability.
- Coach, develop, and inspire team members to achieve high standards.
- Maintain exceptional levels of food quality, service, safety, and compliance.
- Support operational improvements, new initiatives, and business growth plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager, Deputy Manager, or strong Restaurant Manager within QSR, fast casual, or high-volume hospitality.
- A commercially minded operator with a strong understanding of P&L, cost control, sales drivers, and bottom-line performance.
- Someone who enjoys being hands-on in the operation while developing and motivating a team.
- Strong analytical ability with the confidence to use data to influence decisions.
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent food, service, and customer experiences.
- The ambition and capability to progress within a growing organisation.
