About

We're partnering with an internationally recognised hospitality brand as it embarks on an exciting expansion into the UK.

Already a huge success overseas, the business has built a loyal following thanks to its fresh concept, incredible guest experience and people-first culture. Now, with ambitious UK growth plans, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the journey from the very beginning.

This isn't your typical management role. It's all about creating an amazing atmosphere, building engaged teams and delivering exceptional service every single day.

If you're someone who thrives on positive energy, loves developing people and enjoys being part of something special, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Support the General Manager in leading a fun, energetic and high-performing team.
  • Lead from the front, creating an outstanding guest experience and setting the standard every shift.
  • Build a positive team culture where people feel valued, motivated and inspired.
  • Coach, develop and support team members, helping them grow and progress their careers.
  • Drive exceptional service and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of new team members.
  • Maintain consistently high standards across service, cleanliness and daily operations.
  • Take ownership of the business in the General Manager's absence, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance.
  • Be part of a growing business where your ideas and leadership can make a real impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
