What You’ll Do Here

You’ll rally the team, drive performance targets, and uphold Popeyes’ legendary standards as a trusted partner to the General Manager. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading execution: Help run the restaurant by ensuring superior food quality, swift service, and unforgettable guest experiences
  • Performance planning: Support the GM in creating and achieving smart, results-driven business plans
  • Compliance & safety: Ensure full adherence to HACCP, health & safety policies, and employment legislation
  • Cultural leadership: Be the role model—inspire, maintain high standards, and foster an inclusive, welcoming culture
  • People ownership:
    • Recruit, develop, and retain talented team members
    • Build a thriving leadership pipeline for future success
  • Energy & execution: Keep the environment fun, high-energy, and service seamless
  • Emergency readiness: Step in confidently and competently during GM absence
  • Career pathway: Seize opportunities for leadership growth and personal development
