We are a small team of highly experienced professionals that pride ourselves on sourcing and selling high quality used vehicles. We are based within our sister company offices in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire (Oracle Car Finance)
A bit about you
As Assistant Sales Manager at Lawton Brook, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth, efficient, and commercially sharp operation of a luxury automotive sales environment. You will support the General Manager with daily departmental leadership, ensure exceptional customer experience, and uphold the brand’s reputation for quality and professionalism.

The role blends operational management with hands-on sales activity, including stepping into the sales process during peak periods, staff absence, or high-value customer interactions. A key responsibility is the ability to identify, appraise, and purchase premium vehicles that meet Lawton Brook’s standards.

Our hours of work are predominantly Monday to Friday.
