We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for Studio Modou. We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven and hands-on individual to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering an exceptional standard of service.

The Role

The role of Assistant General Manager will see you support the day-to-day leadership of the restaurant, helping to guide the team, drive standards and ensure that every guest receives a seamless and memorable experience.

You will be accountable for supporting the guest journey within a busy environment, assisting with team development, and working closely with the General Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and experience:

  • A natural leader with strong communication skills, with the ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments.
  • Proven experience in a similar management role within hospitality.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Driven by the desire to lead a team towards maximum productivity, consistency and efficiency.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • The ability to drive and champion the Studio Modou culture.
  • The ability to motivate, lead and develop people, while holding the team accountable to high standards.
