As an Assistant in this team, you will play a key role in supporting projects that deliver meaningful market and client insights to Deloitte internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to build strong analytical, research and storytelling skills in a global, collaborative environment.
- Support the development of evidence-based insights on market trends, competitors, innovation, and industry developments
- Conduct research using a range of tools, databases, and methodologies
- Analyze information, identify patterns, and help structure findings into clear, compelling narratives
- Assist project teams in creating presentations and reports with clear actionable insights.
- Assist in delivering high-quality project outputs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across global Deloitte teams to understand project needs and priorities
- Contribute to team initiatives and continuously develop your own skills and knowledge

Connect to your skills and professional experience
- Undergraduate or post graduate degree
- Relevant experience through internships, placements, or professional roles (research, consulting services, business analysis, or similar Insight roles are beneficial but not required)
- Knowledge of secondary research sources, databases, and publicly available information
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Understanding of industries, market dynamics, and business trends
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and take ownership of your work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Awareness of AI-enabled research tools, and basic Gen AI prompting techniques
