Quest Search & Selection are looking for an Assistant Graphic Designer (Retail Food)
In this role, you will support the Design Team in creating and delivering engaging design projects across brand identity, digital channels, print materials and retail marketing communications.
Working closely with the Design Manager, you will help develop high-quality creative assets that are visually impactful, commercially effective and aligned with brand guidelines.
This business is a leading B2B supplier & retailer here you will be part of a large international organisation with a highly influential marketing power with sustainable and progressive financial results.
Responsibilities
In this position your responsibilities as a Assistant Graphic Designer (Retail Food) - Retail include –
- Support the development of creative concepts and visual assets for retail campaigns, seasonal launches, promotions and in-store marketing activity.
- Design and produce high-quality artwork across print, digital and in-store channels, ensuring all work is accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to branding and logo design projects, taking concepts through to final artwork and implementation.
- Create engaging digital content for websites, email campaigns and social media platforms.
- Produce and edit motion graphics to support digital marketing and online campaigns.
- Maintain organised design files, artwork libraries and project documentation, following internal processes and best practices.

Requirements
To be successful in this Assistant Graphic Designer (Retail Food) - Retail you must have:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
- Around 1–2 years' experience in a graphic design role, either in-house or within an agency environment, ideally within the retail or food sectors.
- Experience producing creative assets across print, digital and in-store marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual identity and logo design, with the ability to develop concepts through to final execution.
- Experience creating artwork for marketing campaigns, promotions and seasonal or event-based activity.
- Exposure to motion graphics and animation would be advantageous.
- Photoshop retouching skills would be beneficial but are not essential.
- A degree in Graphic Design or an equivalent qualification is desirable; however, relevant commercial experience will also be considered
