We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Guest Experience Manager to support the Front Office team and help deliver exceptional service at every stage of the guest journey.
The Role
As Assistant Guest Experience Manager, you will support the daily operation of the Front Office, lead shifts, assist with VIP guest experiences, and ensure that every guest receives a warm, personalised, and seamless stay.
You will work closely with the Guest Experience Manager and Hotel Manager, acting as a role model for the team while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of Front Office operations.
- Lead shifts and assist with Manager-on-Duty responsibilities when required.
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns effectively.
- Coordinate VIP arrivals and special guest requests.
- Coach, support, and develop Front Office team members.
- Ensure service standards, procedures, and brand expectations are consistently achieved.
- Liaise with Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Reception.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems is advantageous.
