- Annual Salary: £27,522 (40 hours per week, contracted)

The Role
This role demands leadership, passion for fitness, and a focus on member experience and team development. Primary responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional member service by upholding high standards in club operations, alongside the Gym Manager
- Supporting the Gym Manager in:
- Bringing in new members through club outreach initiatives and community events
- Recruitment & Team Leadership:
- Developing a talent pipeline, training and supervising Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors
- Cultivating a positive, motivating work environment
- Professional development:
- Enhancing fitness staff skills via training and career growth opportunities
- Group Exercise (GEX) management: Improving existing offerings
- Driving member retention and contributing to business growth

Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate:
- The ability to empower every team member to excel
- A passion for fitness and wellbeing
- Alignment with our ‘Feel PureGym Good’ philosophy – empathy, resilience, integrity & confidence
- Experience in delivering results ethically
- Resilience, confidence and strong interpersonal skills are essential
- L2 qualification in gym instructing + experience teaching group exercise
