Assistant Head Chef – Up to £14.25 per Hour + Tronc & Benefits

As Assistant Head Chef, you’ll be a senior member of the kitchen team, stepping into the Head Chef’s role when they’re away. Leadership and an unmatched passion for food are a must.

Key Responsibilities
- Take leadership in the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring exceptional food quality and profitability.
- Exhibit deep knowledge of the menu and specifications, showing passion for our cuisine and mentoring your team.
- Plan shifts, prep team tasks, and delegate responsibilities to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest experiences—pride in food presentation and quality is key.
- Uphold restaurant standards, policies, and guidelines while maintaining a clean, well-organised kitchen.
