Assistant Head Chef – Up to £14.25/hour + Tronc & Benefits

As our Assistant Head Chef, you’ll be a senior culinary leader in the kitchen, capable of stepping into the Head Chef’s role during their absence while embodying strong leadership, unparalleled passion for food, and a commitment to teamwork.

Your Role: Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the kitchen and lead with passion and excellence:
- Run the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent – ensuring seamless operations, team leadership and culinary consistency
- Master the menu – Standout expertise on our dishes, specs and prep requirements; collaborate across sections
- Delegate and plan effectively to meet demand, ensuring efficiency and maximised profitability
- Lead the team – Coach, motivate and maintain high standards in food presentation and quality
- Cleanliness & compliance – Keep the kitchen and restaurant looking fabulous, meeting company policies
