At the heart of every memorable stay is a clean, comfortable and well-maintained environment. As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you’ll support in leading the housekeeping team to ensure every guest room and public area meets the highest standards.

From overseeing daily operations to inspiring your team, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our guests. Thanks to your leadership and attention to detail, our guests will feel cared for, relaxed, and eager to return.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily operations of the department
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-presented, and brand compliant
  • Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and cleanliness standards
  • Assist with team scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any concerns professionally
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient use of housekeeping supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standard

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience in hospitality is preferred

This role also requires the ability to move and lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. In addition, you’ll need to be able to reach overhead and below your knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping, and move over uneven or sloping surfaces. Prior to employment, we’ll ask you to complete safety training and certification.
