Assistant Head Teacher – Wandsworth – September

Assistant Head Teacher role starting in September on a maternity cover contract.
- Salary: UPS2–UPS3, depending on experience.
- Join a supportive senior leadership team with opportunities to influence whole-school improvement.
- Work in a caring, values-led environment where staff development is prioritised.
- Lead and inspire high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
- Support curriculum development, assessment and school improvement initiatives as an Assistant Head Teacher.
- Play a key role in safeguarding, behaviour and raising standards.
- Work closely with the Headteacher, governors and wider leadership team.
- Strong SEN experience is highly desirable, with the ability to lead inclusive practice and support pupils with additional needs.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Head Teacher, or an experienced middle leader ready for promotion, is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills are required.
