Assistant Head Teacher (SENCO Experience Preferred) Putney September

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership salary from L1
- SENCO experience is a strong preference
- Opportunity to join the Senior Leadership Team and influence school improvement
- Work closely with the Headteacher, SENCO, and wider leadership team
- Lead key areas of teaching, learning, inclusion, and pupil development
- Support staff development, curriculum improvement, and raising attainment
- Lead improvements in teaching, learning, and inclusion across the school
- Support SEND provision, including overseeing interventions, EHCP processes, and pupil outcomes
- Work closely with teachers to develop inclusive classroom practice
- Support staff coaching, mentoring, and professional development
- Monitor pupil progress and contribute to school improvement planning

Qualifications and Experience

- Strong knowledge of SEND provision, inclusion strategies, and the Primary National Curriculum is preferred
