Flexzo Teach | Assistant Holiday Camp Sports Coach (Ages 5–12)
Flexible holiday camp coaching opportunities in the Warrington area
A growing sports academy is looking for talented Assistant Sports Coaches to work with children aged 5 to 12 across local school venues. We are seeking individuals with exceptional people skills and a passion for developing young children’s confidence, creativity, and sports skills. Join our team to help shape young people into confident, caring sportspeople - whether sparking a love for active play or helping older children refine their teamwork and coordination.

What you need:
- Proven experience working with children (previous experience in school environments is a distinct advantage).
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the confidence to liaise with teachers, parents, and head coaches.
- Excellent organizational skills, honesty, punctuality, and a positive, team-player attitude.
- A valid enhanced DBS check, photo ID
- Own transport (essential for traveling to various school locations across Warrington with coaching equipment).

Desirable Extras:
- Relevant coaching qualification(s) and previous sports coaching experience are highly valued.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the active running of youth coaching sessions, ensuring all provided equipment is safely transported, set up, and cleared away.
- Build great relationships by liaising with school teachers and parents, providing valuable feedback to the Head Coach.
- Maintain a friendly, outgoing attitude, promote positive community values, and keep your coaching kit well-presented.
