# The Opportunity
Joining the management team at Holiday Inn Cambridge means becoming part of something genuinely special. You will lead a passionate and talented Food & Beverage team, helping them create consistently high-quality, memorable experiences for every guest.
This role provides the opportunity to support and oversee all food and beverage operations across the hotel, including:
- Restaurant
- Bar
- In-room dining
- Conferencing
- Events
You will set the tone by being visible, approachable, and supportive—providing clear direction while recognising your team’s individual strengths, motivations, and development needs.
