About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the leadership of our housekeeping operation and help deliver consistently high standards across our diverse resort accommodation.
Working closely with the Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role in leading, coaching, and engaging the team, ensuring every guest experiences the exceptional quality and attention to detail that defines The Mole Resort.
Our accommodation offering includes elegant Manor House rooms, contemporary eco-lodges, and spacious self-catering cottages, each designed to blend comfort with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of the housekeeping department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop the housekeeping team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
- Maintain and consistently deliver exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all accommodation
- Collaborate closely with Reception, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Conduct inspections and quality checks, ensuring all areas meet brand standards
- Manage staffing levels, rota planning, and team productivity
- Oversee stock control and ordering of housekeeping supplies
- Support training and onboarding of new team members, helping to build capability and confidence
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in housekeeping leadership or supervisory roles
- A passion for hospitality with a strong focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
