Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours, Monday-Friday
Contractual base: Wolverhampton, Lichfield, Tewkesbury or Chipping Sodbury
Workstyle: Roaming – a mix of working from home and office time

At Bromford Flagship LiveWest, we’re building a HR function that balances strong operational HR delivery with strategic partnering - supporting leaders and teams across our Midlands and West regions. You will have a choice of portfolio between our Midlands region and our West region. The Midlands includes office locations such as our Lichfield and Wolverhampton sites, and the West includes Tewkesbury and Chipping Sodbury.
The role
As an Assistant HR Business Partner, you’ll provide high-quality HR support to your assigned business areas, working closely with HR Business Partners to deliver People Plans and support organisational priorities.
You’ll manage employee relations casework, provide consistent and values-led advice to managers, and help ensure people processes are delivered efficiently and compliantly.
You’ll Also
- Use HR data to monitor casework and identify trends
- Support workforce planning, organisational change, and capability initiatives
- Provide operational insight to improve HR services
- Work collaboratively with HR Services teams including recruitment, payroll & benefits, systems and colleague experience

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid HR operational experience and ER casework capability
- Can build strong relationships with managers and colleagues
- Is confident interpreting HR policy and advising managers
- Has strong organisational and communication skills
- Is working towards or holds CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience)
You’ll be supported to build your expertise in HR analytics, workforce planning, organisational change, and strategic HR partnering.
