About the Role
The HR Business Partnering team are looking to appoint an Assistant HR Operations Manager, supporting the Family and Community Care Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of the HR Operations team.
Key Requirements
- Operational experience working within HR
- Confident communicator with strong influencing/negotiating skills
- Proactive approach with an emphasis on problem-solving skills
- Passionate about HR

Role Details
- Agile role which will include home working and working across Trust sites
- Supports the HR Operations of nominated divisions as directed by the HR Operations Manager /Senior HR Business Partner
- Provides HR advice, support, and information on a range of operational HR issues, escalating complex issues where necessary
- Works autonomously to prioritize work to deadlines when managing their own caseload as delegated by the HR Operations Manager
