Assistant Hygiene Manager
Hygiene Manager - (Assistant)
My client, a successful food manufacturer based in the Staffordshire area seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager/ Supervisor, due to the continued expansion within the business.
You will lead Hygiene team and ensure that the hygiene function operates smoothly on site.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities Training of the hygiene staff Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement Responsible for Audit schedule Dealing with chemical and product suppliers A keen interest in the ordering of new equipment, to establish how the hygiene team would be able to operate To co-ordinate machinery strip down and deep cleaning Budgetary responsibility

Skills and Experience Level 3 Food Safety and Health & Safety High Risk, High Care experience Hygiene Leadership with a proven successful track record Experience conducting internal and third party audits Managing a team and setting and reporting KPI's Food manufacturing experience is essential Ability to disassemble and reassemble machinery Strong communication and organisation skills

Role On offer is a competitive salary dependant on experience Monday-Friday Hours 9.30pm - 6am Pension Career Development and progression
