Overview
As In-Room Dining Assistant Manager, you’ll lead efforts to achieve revenue, profit, and high customer satisfaction for The Londoner’s in-room dining service.
- Drive team performance to ensure customer and staff satisfaction in a motivated, cohesive environment.
- Exceed guest expectations by seeking feedback, evaluating service quality, and implementing improvements.
- Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.

About You
We’re looking for candidates with:
- In-depth expertise in food and beverage (F&B), particularly in in-room dining within a high-end 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Proven leadership skills—coaching, mentoring, and managing change with a strategic approach.
- Ability to manage budgets by analysing historical data, forecasts, and revenue trends.
- Demonstrated personal drive to ensure tasks are completed to achieve results with clarity and precision.
- A track record of exceeding targets—both personal and departmental—while delivering precise, outstanding service.
