Our Installations team is bigger than it’s ever been.

Installs are happening fast and show no sign of slowing down. To meet demand and maintain the impeccable service we’re known for, our Installations Delivery Manager is looking for assistance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

This role will be based at our Head Office in Chorley but will include site visits and audits to make sure any work undertaken in the field meets our standards. You’ll bring with you experience of knowing what good looks when it comes to all elements of an installation and will work hard to ensure our high standards are maintained by our teams. This along with monitoring Health & Safety and ensuring expected processes and procedures are followed.

When you’re not out on site, you will be attending or leading meetings as required, either in person at our Head Office or on Microsoft Teams. You’ll be responsible for maintaining communication across the team, completing paperwork as needed, and drafting and updating RAMS. You’ll work closely with our Scheduling team to make sure everything is in place for upcoming installations and stand in for the Installations Delivery Manager when they are on leave or out of the office.

This will be a fast paced and demanding role ideally suited to someone with experience of small works projects. Some experience of managing people would be a bonus but isn’t essential. You will need to be capable of balancing multiple priorities and competing deadlines in order to support the business in achieving its goals when it comes to installation delivery. As a new role, you will have the opportunity to shape how things look day to day, as long as you’re delivering on expectations. If this sounds like a role you’d be interested in, then please get in touch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
