Jewellery Sales Associate (Retail)
How You Will Do It
- Assist Shop Manager in daily shop operations and inventory monitoring
- Responsible for selling and promoting jewellery products
- Provide high-class and professional customer service
- Assist colleagues in completing business tasks
- Support daily departmental operations and product workflows
- Train new hires
- Provide feedback to staff on performance and expectations
What We Look For
- Qualification: High school education or above
- Experience: At least 3 years of solid working experience in jewellery retail
- Skills:
- Strong selling and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin)
- Good written skills
- Work Flexibility: Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (rotational roster)
