Assistant Kitchen Manager (AKM)

Overview

Assistant Kitchen Managers at Canada's leading casual dining restaurant, Boston Pizza, oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including the training, development, and performance management of kitchen employees. They are responsible for ensuring that our most important people—their Guests and team members—enjoy an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish.

They must demonstrate outstanding leadership abilities, champion a fun and safe work environment, and contribute to a thriving workplace culture. The Assistant Kitchen Manager leads the team during operations, focusing on:
