This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Machine Operator located in Meredale. The Assistant Machine Operator will be responsible for:

- Operating and maintaining machinery efficiently and safely
- Assisting with routine production tasks
- Inspecting machines
- Performing quality control checks
- Using hand tools as required to support operations
- Effective communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and prompt issue resolution
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation and familiarity with working on various types of machinery
- Knowledge of Quality Control processes and an understanding of production quality standards
- Experience with Hand Tools and the ability to handle equipment with precision and care
- Good Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Ability to work in an industrial on-site environment, managing time and tasks efficiently
- High attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols
- Previous experience in metal or related industries is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machine operation is a plus
