About The Team
The Assistant Management Accountant will support the Management Accountants team in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and month-end processes. The role is responsible for preparing reconciliations, maintaining accounting schedules, supporting financial analysis and reporting, and assisting with a range of finance activities throughout the month.

This position offers an opportunity for someone in the early stages of their finance career to develop their management accounting skills within a supportive team, as well as the option to study for an accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA).
About The Role
- Prepare and maintain accrual and prepayment schedules.
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations, including: Intercompany balances, fixed assets, accruals and prepayments.
- Review bad debt provisions.
- Produce overhead reporting.
- Complete payroll benefit reconciliations.
- Analysis and intercompany billing of expenses.
- Investigate and resolve financial queries.
What We Are Looking For
- A recent finance, accounting or business graduate, particularly with a placement year.
- Someone with 1-2 years' experience in a finance or accounting role.
- An individual who is studying towards, or considering, a professional accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA).
