The Role

The Assistant Management Accountant sits at the heart of the Finance function, keeping the day-to-day numbers accurate, timely and well-organised.

This role goes beyond day-to-day processing. You will take ownership of key revenue and cost processes, prepare a first draft of the monthly management accounts, and provide meaningful variance analysis and reporting to support commercial decision-making.

You will be proactive, commercially curious and committed to accuracy spotting issues before they become problems and looking for smarter, more scalable ways of working.

Working closely with the Management Accountant and wider business teams, you will help Finance operate efficiently, strengthen controls, improve processes and deliver real value across Infinity Tracking Limited.

What You’ll Own

  • Own the end-to-end billing process, ensuring customer invoicing is accurate, complete and on time
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to keep billing data, contract updates and customer changes accurate; investigate and resolve billing anomalies and revenue movements
  • Prepare monthly reporting on renewals, ARR movements, churn and billing variances, identifying revenue leakage and recommending corrective actions

Supplier Management & Accounts Payable

  • Maintain an accurate supplier database, including financial details, contractual information and key dates
  • Process and review purchase invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approval and compliance with purchasing policy; track outstanding POs and support accruals at month end
  • Analyse supplier spend and cost movements, highlighting budget variances and savings opportunities
  • Maintain the expenses system, ensuring employee expenses and credit card submissions are accurately coded, compliant and reported

Payments, Debtors & Bank

  • Process supplier and statutory payments in line with agreed terms and approval controls, ensuring bank postings are accurate and reconciled
  • Support debtor management by allocating receipts, reconciling balances and providing clear information to Credit Control; investigate reconciling items promptly and maintain accurate audit trails

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
