Assistant Management Accountant (Hybrid)

About the Role
The Assistant Management Accountant supports the Commercial Accounting Team by contributing to event reconciliation processes and assisting the wider Accounting team with monthly reporting requirements.
Key Accountabilities
As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will:
- Work alongside relevant operations teams to:
- Review and reconcile project budgets
- Raise client invoices as needed (per SLA agreements)
- Collaborate with operations to ensure project budget changes feed into:
- Pipeline documents
- Business reporting odysseys
- Support the month-end closing processes via Finance Business Partners
- Prepare monthly accounts for assigned cost centers, including:
- Revenue recognition
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide cover for weekly KPI income reporting across all business lines
- Manage ad hoc projects as delegated by cost centre managers or Finance leadership

About You
AAT-qualified (or part-qualified), with workplace experience equivalent, is required. Mandatory/preferred skills:
- Excel mastery (advanced) + SAP experience is a plus
- ** laser focus on accuracy** and agile prioritisation
- Strong stakeholder skills in finance and non-finance roles
- Proactive, commercially-minded—detail for continuous improvement
- Ability to independently yet seamlessly fit into a collaborative culture
- Unwavering confidentiality/ethics with a thirst for industry regulations
