We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to join our talented Food and Beverage Team at AFC Wimbledon. We’re looking for a finance-focused individual who is enthusiastic and self-driven.

We are One Team in Aramark's exciting Sports & Entertainment Division and we are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

We are recruiting this role on a full-time (40 hour) permanent basis.

Job Responsibilities
As the Assistant Management Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the contract and site leadership teams through:

  • Processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, chasing invoices and liaising with suppliers
  • Raising invoices (system and manual) and ensuring all data and documentation is relevant and accurate
  • Assessing and communicating backups and invoice discrepancies whilst ensuring prompt payment of invoices within terms
  • Submission of weekly sales and banking to the central team
  • Supporting with period end and year-end reporting
  • Supporting the operational team with stock input, reporting and analysis
  • Supporting the site leadership team with financial analysis to aid their decision making
  • Ad hoc projects as required

Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong levels of numeracy and written skills
  • Previous experience in a similar finance-focused role with exposure to administration, reconciliation, and data entry in a fast-paced operationally led business
  • Competent with using Microsoft Excel (including lookups)
  • IT literate with capability to use financial & stock management systems proficiently
  • Focused on their development within the finance function
  • A strong communicator with strong attention to detail and a true team player
