Assistant Management Accountant

CAVARI | Architectural Bathrooms

£32,000–£42,000

This is a rare opportunity to build the finance function from the ground up while working directly with the founders. You'll start by owning the day-to-day finance operations before progressing into management accounting, commercial analysis, and ultimately leading the finance team as the business grows.

If you're someone who enjoys getting into the detail but wants genuine ownership and a clear route into leadership, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

You'll be responsible for keeping the business financially accurate, commercially informed, and ready to scale.

Day-to-day Finance

  • Process purchases and sales invoices accurately and promptly
  • Maintain clean purchase and sales ledgers
  • Match invoices against purchase orders and deliveries, resolving supplier queries
  • Manage the flow of orders and invoices between our ERP system and Xero
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, supplier statements, and control accounts
  • Manage supplier payments and customer receipts
  • Support credit control and debtor management

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
