If you're an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or Assistant Accountant looking to move into a more commercial and analytical role, this is an excellent opportunity to build your management accounting experience while continuing your professional studies.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Assistant Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial information that helps drive business decisions. You'll:
- Assist with the production of monthly management accounts, including analysis and commentary.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end and year-end processes.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities, providing meaningful insight to stakeholders.
- Maintain financial systems and data to ensure accurate reporting.
- Work closely with operational and finance teams across the business, building strong relationships and supporting decision-making.
- Support audits and respond to stakeholder queries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Contribute to finance improvement projects, helping enhance reporting, processes and data analysis.
- Provide cross-functional support across the wider finance team as required.

What We're Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who has a solid grounding in finance and is ready to progress into assistant management accounting.
You'll bring:
- Experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or Assistant Accountant role.
- Strong Excel skills, with experience using formulas, pivot tables and analysing data.
- A proactive attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence communicating with colleagues across the business.
- A curious, analytical mindset and a desire to continuously improve processes.
- Experience with, or an interest in developing, Power BI skills would be an advantage.
