The Role: Assistant Manager (Norwich)
We’re seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to work alongside the General Manager at Mecca Norwich, setting the standard for customer experience and team performance.
Your Impact & Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and motivate our passionate team
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences every day
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Coach and develop staff to help them thrive and grow
- Work hand-in-hand with the General Manager to maintain high standards
