Assistant Manager at Greene King Pubs
You’ll be at the heart of our management team, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy pub. From the moment you step through the door, you must lead by example—making sure our customers and teams enjoy a great experience.
About the Role
You’ll support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the pub and take on leadership responsibilities in the manager’s absence.
Responsibilities
- Bring our brand to life by leading the team in delivering amazing customer experiences.
- Act as a business and team role model, including training and development.
- Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on getting the best out of others.
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to upholding high standards in everything you do.
