Harrods is bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre to the beauty market through our H beauty standalone stores across the UK.

H beauty is no normal beauty hall, with interactive playtables to try on the latest products, a Harrods gift shop, and a big pink bear for your Instagram pictures; we are focussed on the experience our customers have when they walk through our doors.

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you are a driving force behind the energy, performance and experience of H beauty. You lead from the heart of the shop floor, setting the tone for service, pace and professionalism. Your presence brings clarity and confidence to your team, and you ensure that every customer interaction reflects the creativity and excellence that define H beauty.

You take ownership of your area by:

  • Coaching your team through the standards, behaviours and service moments that elevate the customer journey
  • Building capability through regular feedback, structured development and a culture of everyday performance
  • Using data and insight to understand your business, anticipate opportunities and act decisively
  • Upholding operational excellence across visual presentation, stock flow and the Brilliant Basics
  • Collaborating closely with your Sales Manager and wider business functions to coordinate and manage exciting initiatives that shape the future of H beauty

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
