About Beds & Bars

Beds & Bars is the team behind a network of backpacker hostels, bars, and pubs across Europe. You will find us in nine cities across seven countries, welcoming travellers, locals, and everyone in between. We focus on four simple things: keeping people safe, making sure they feel secure, giving them great value, and making their experience fun.

People are genuinely at the heart of everything we do. Our motto, “Live Your Life,” isn’t just something we put on posters, it’s how we work. We want our guests to feel relaxed and at home, and we want our team to feel supported, included, and able to grow. Whether someone stays one night or works with us for years, we aim to make the experience a memorable one.

What’s the job?

You’ll be working alongside the General Manager to make sure everything ticks along nicely, from the hostel rooms to the pub floor. It’s a mix of leadership, problem-solving, and getting stuck in when needed. No two days are the same, and that is what makes it fun.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
