Assistant Manager – The Arrow Mill, Alcester

- Basic salary: Up to £31,000 per year, plus tronc (your card tips paid into your bank)

Key Responsibilities
As Assistant Manager, you’ll:
Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Lead as part of our management team, ensuring a smooth-running pub
- Provide welcoming service and look after customers
- Train and mentor our bar/waiting team
- Manage busy shift operations
- Influence beer on tap, gin/wine selections, and event programming
- Play a role in deciding weekly specials and nuitrix events

Eligibility: Experience gained as an Assistant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar within hospitability (gastro pubs, restaurants, bars, hotels) is essential.
