Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager – The Arrow Mill, Alcester

Key Responsibilities

As Assistant Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead as part of our management team, ensuring a smooth-running pub
  • Provide welcoming service and look after customers
  • Train and mentor our bar/waiting team
  • Manage busy shift operations
  • Influence beer on tap, gin/wine selections, and event programming
  • Play a role in deciding weekly specials and nuitrix events

Eligibility: Experience gained as an Assistant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar within hospitability (gastro pubs, restaurants, bars, hotels) is essential.
