About the Role
We’re looking for Assistant Managers to step up and lead, or ambitious Team Leaders/Supervisors eager to take the next step in their management/leadership career.
Our ideal candidate:

Key Responsibilities
- Run the shift as the on-site General Manager’s representative
- Prioritise exceptional customer service by deploying staff effectively
- Set the tone for the team—personify Ole & Steen’s brand (sparkling service + bakery excellence)
- Drive sales & KPIs, aligning with GM goals and marketing promotions
- Facilitate detailed shift handovers, briefings, and action plans
- Maintain high standards in bakery, presentation & hygiene (for self and team)
- Mentor and train new hires with ongoing coaching
- Open/close stores adhering to brand and operational standards
