The Works: Your Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the heart of every operation, collaborating with the General Manager to deliver seamless shifts, exceptional guest experiences, and dynamic team leadership.

Key Tasks Include:

  • Coaching & mentoring – Help your team shine and reach their full potential
  • Driving service excellence – Uphold a high-energy, guest-focused environment
  • Operations support – Manage rotas, stock, training, and team development
