Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll:
- Support the General Manager in the daily operations of the business, acting as Duty Manager when needed.
- Utilise your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food, drink, and service.
- Serve as a role model and mentor, fostering growth within the team.
- Lead the team to create memorable guest experiences, ensuring repeat business and a positive reputation.
